(1245-1283)

King of France (1270-1283)

Philippe III ascends the throne of France after the death of Louis IX at the Battle of Wien in 1270. He supports Charlemagne after the Rückeroberung, and he submits to the Captura Grandis, leaving the inquisitors judge and execute whoever they want in France. He is deeply shattered by the news of Charlemagne’s murder, but does nothing to punish the traitors.

In 1283, he disappears during a night of Flael. In the morning, he is nowhere to be seen.
